n yea. theyre pushing 4750g model. its a shame it doesnt comes with gt 540 like singaporean spec. if not it is much much better value for money compare even with 4830

That was because I was running on 2x AA and almost max setting.

I am trying Bioshock now (Yay for cheap steam sale!). Will tell results later.

i oso did 2x aa n full high setting with dx11 eye candy turn on. the game was a whooping 5.02gb dungeon n dragon eberon mmorpg. maybe it just not demanding gpu wise

but dx11 water effect did make me weep inside. a liltle bit. lol

May I ask, of I going to pc fair on Saturday, will it still available? Scare no more stock ><

This laptop seems really good from what I've read. Does anyone have any idea if it'll be able to play games like Starcraft 2 on a high setting?

high setting = no problem, should get 40-60 FPS, ultra setting should get 30-50 FPS? just estimation...

Is it me or does Bioshock takes FOREVER to load :/ And there's no loading bar. GAAAAAHHHH!!!!!

nice, try play the game for 30 minutes and report the temperature...

It's stuck at the bloody first load screen :/

izzt bioshock or bioshock 2? bio1 should have no prob right? have u check if the gt 540 working or its intergrated?

How do I do that?

Bioshock 1. Running off steam. Already set to Vista Compatibility, and NVIDIA GPU setting. But not sure if running on GT540M or not.

Help?

make sure the blue P button is deactivate

HWmonitor see if gt540 got temp reading, if not then its not activate

HW monitor doesn't capture it. :/

But NVDIA software shows that the GPU is running. Just no temp...
