I'd like to ask, if I am to change the current single sink to a double sink on my granite kithen counter top, do u cut the countertop to fit a double sink? It will come as part of the sink installation or do I have to get a contractor to do it? smile.gif
*
So many questions are raised by this.
Granite top, can be re-cut after installation?
Regular contractor got skill to cut Granite top?
Second cut not weaken the the overall structure?
After instalattion, granite top can be recut on the spot?
Granite top can be uninstalled to take back to re-cut?

Warning... Warning...

Pipe, Angle Valve, Bidet set and Pipe, double output pipe can be VERY VERY EXPENSIVE.

I thought RM 200 can settle my 3 toilet, and 3 pipe for outdoor and washing machine. End up i burned seven hundred plus....

Dude... 700+ for 3 toilets and outdoor considered cheap already.

Previously bought angle valve bout RM50 per piece, hand bidet RM 70-100 average in the past. Can't remember how much I paid for the flexible steel braided hose. It's those from china product.

Stainless steel one from Teka if I remember correctly. Don't think can get Grohe angle valve for RM50, i know grohe's wall union valve already costs RM50, but do correct me if I'm wrong.

Please get better quality bidet. Else you will find puddles of water in your toilet. Notice the cheaper ones will leak after a while.

Agreed. My nice looking made in china hand bidet constantly drips but not by much. Have to turn off the angle valve to avoid dripping.

Honestly can't really use cheap fittings for toilet. He's changed about 3 of his taps already within a span of 2 years. The off valve no longer works and water spewed out.

You can buy the items from those kitchen & bathroom shops.

Chances are your hand bidet has to be replaced. Nowadays these things can't be opened up and fixed.

Ouch... Check and see if there is an Allen screw around the hand bidet. Or ask someone with experience with Grohe to see if it can be fixed.

Anyone has use Tuscani sinks & tap before? Any comment? They have the spray lacquer coating, sound guard undercoating, 10 years warranty for rust but I'm not sure how's the quality.

Is there a bidet with tap handle to turn the water on and off? So far I've only seen bidet that you turn the water on and off via the bidet handle.

Hmm.. hmm.gif I'll re-phrase - any one had bad experience whether it rust and then have problem claiming the warranty? Easily dented? Sorento is in my list too. Just eliminating which ever I don't want and then buy the last surviving name.

When it comes to the lacquer coating, some people told me it's not important in our climate but when I think about it; my under cabinet smells damp even though the sink & pipes are not leaking. I tried putting a hypo thirsty in the cabinet and it turned all liquid only after a few days. I didn't put anything else inside it so my guess is the condensation from the sink? Current sink don't have any coatings.
