Finally get this Sink and tap out from my purchase list…and Thanks for promotion from Builders hardware (zheilwane) else can’t make the move to buy .
Get the Sink Sorento 2028F since that great discount and my HM like it so much

Tap selected Fetone TF-6 after getting advice from Zheilwane father, who indeed a good advisor (but don’t expect to get much discount from him sweat.gif 1) Have a big sink but with small tap? 2) Why you want to spend so much yet another product is better and cheaper …3) Big Sink with Big tap…Endup getting 2 tap which cost of RM250…

* SOrry for duplicated post. Guess here should be the proper topic

Bought a single bowl sink (Sorento) and shelf + sink Sorento set from zheilwane.
Overall satisfied with purchase rclxms.gif
Good chap and was kind enough to go the extra mile as I needed the sink badly for my contractor. (for measurements as it's undermount)

Buy what suits your needs best instead of buying the best in the market...
For me, I wanted space saving sinks as my pad is relatively small... tongue.gif

I have been using this Franke sink for over 12yrs. 1 big bowl and 1 small. Below got coating which i dont no what purpose till recently found out.

So far no rust, stain or whatever. Just use detergent to wash and it shine back.

A good coating something like rubber is to prevent water condensing at the bottom of the sink. This seldom occur if u r getting a reasonably good kitchen sink. You can check ur old sink to see whether u have this problem.

the rubber coating under the sink is more for sound deadening purpose. our weather here (city water supply temperature) will not create condensation. water temp 15deg C may be yes....

This, u can PM ryansia as he is using a 250mm(10 inches) depth undermount sink
*
250mm is just nice for me, dont get 300 as you may suffer from strained back (unless the user is super short like 5 ft height). the advantage for deeper sink for me is that it can hide many unwashed stuff LOL... and good for soaking.

Actually originally the sinks do not have holes. If u decided to get a sink tap that comes out from the wall, then u do not drill a hole on ur sink. If u wan it to be installed on the sink, then u ask ur plumber to tebuk lubang.

If u r looking for beautiful Sink taps, would recommend u to install it on the sink. Hard to explain much here, you will need to drop by my showroom and have a look at the products for me to explain in more detail.

Btw, u can get any sink, then ask ur plumber to open holes for tap or soap dispenser

If u r looking for something good and not too big you can go for this.

Hi Hi all ,

saw this threat make me remind the time I just married and shop around klangvally with my hubby to get a kitchen sink for my contractor ..

For my experience to buy a sink , the size of the sink that suit your need is very importance ..

My bought my sink from a bathroom shop around puchong bandar puteri ( forgot what name ~ v ~ ) .. I m using TORA sink ... I m happy with it and the size of the bowl is huge enough for me to put in my large pot : >
and the water wont spit out .

For the material mention by some frien here , I just remember my is 304 grade and with the coating below ( which prevent water condensation ~ told the sales person) and a rubber pad below to prevent the noise .

That time I shop around jln ipoh , damasara and puchong to get my kitchen sink and finally decide to take TORA bcos THE PRICE IS ATTRACTIVE !! HAHA (and it have many selection and size)... it only cost me around Rm400~ 450 ( forgot exact how much ) compare to other brand ( TEKA is Expensive and not deep enough , Sorento not bad but less varieties, Rubine design so so and forgot others brand )

For my advise , u can always visit their website to check their product b4 start ur shopping ~~

http://www.tora.com.my ( TORA website , Just found out now they got E catalog to download in their website)
http://www.fmtrd.com.my/ (Rubine website)
sorrento.com.my ( sorrento brand )

~~ Happy Shopping ~

i do have some of those TORA sinks. Big, deep, cheap and with coating but mine is powder coating not sure whether it is the same as stacylv's. It will eventually come off a little and look ugly.

Actually if you are a DIY person, you can apply the coat yourself. You can use the under coat for car. It stick like forever if use in the sink.
