Undermount
1) save space, as you do not have the outer ring.
2) As you do not have the outer ring, water, food and dirt are all inside the bowl instead of on the outer ring and you can clean it easily.
3) More beautiful but Expensive.

Double bowl or single bowl is actually depend on ur need & preference. If u have more space, get a double bowl. If ur space is limited, get a single bowl.

If I'm using laminated wood counter top can I use undermount sink? I'm worried the laminated wood will spoil from contact with water.

Do you have Teka 2 bowl sink with soap dispenser or any similar product and how much is the cost? Which one look nicer and presentable between top mount and undermount with granite table top? Why some hole for the sink tap is on the sink but some in on the table top? Which one is better?

Actually originally the sinks do not have holes. If u decided to get a sink tap that comes out from the wall, then u do not drill a hole on ur sink. If u wan it to be installed on the sink, then u ask ur plumber to tebuk lubang.

If u r looking for beautiful Sink taps, would recommend u to install it on the sink. Hard to explain much here, you will need to drop by my showroom and have a look at the products for me to explain in more detail.

Btw, u can get any sink, then ask ur plumber to open holes for tap or soap dispenser

If u r looking for something good and not too big you can go for this.

any significant difference between one piece sink and two piece sink? A salesman recommended me to get a one piece undermount sink, RM 1,000+ while two piece sinks are around RM 400 only

actually one piece or two piece, both are equally durable as long as the sink's thickness is more than 0.8mm. Some of sorento sinks are two piece and they are very durable. If the sink is thin like 0.6mm and you weld it, the joints will b thin and when u put heavy things on your sink, it cant withstand the weight. If u get a one piece sink and it is around 0.6mm, you will still have the same problem. One thing u can do, check the kitchen sink that u are currently using for your old house, most probably it is a two piece sink, i bliv it is still OK after so many years.
