Titanium Backup or any other backup apps can do the job. Or you can export to VCF file format, save it in your computer and import it back later.

thanks..but in TB...what we backup is contact 2.2.1 right...i afraid it will not work in 2.3...i tried my backup...it requires google cloud....too much hassle to change my contact into google account...

i have 500+ contact..all in phone contacts...so far only manage to change about 50 contact to google...but for 500++...walauuu...

I think contacts will work with TB. My sms also backup with TB, it gets restore all of them.

thanks lch78...will try...yeahh... rclxm9.gif will soon flash to sweethoney 3.0..if tb failed to backup my contacts..i have backup in my outlook..succesfully sent to/back via bluetooth..tested already..hehehe

If it is true that they purposely ban Samfirmware website in Malaysia, then it's catastropic if they ban XDA forum too...

Then it wil be "bye bye" to custom ROM....

I'm having difficulties too in opening samfirmware too since last week. Need to use proxy bypass then only can enter the site successfully. Why on earth the website being blocked??

No worry. Use Google DNS. It unblocks everything... Or Open DNS also can.

Which broadband provider/ telco you use?

I tried with Streamyx and Maxis...both cannot get in.
