On Sat evening, I went in BHP counter n told staff I want to redeem petrol using points

The worker swipe my BHP card on terminal and were told transaction declined

No other reason told. Is it system issue o my card problem ?

yeah I am using the AffinBHP card right now,
still hesitant to cancel my MBB Ikhwan Petronas as it's darn hard to appeal to transfer RM1k credit limit from my conventional cards.
