Just applied for Affin BHP card on Wednesday at Subang SS15 Branch


anyone know how long it takes for application result? I asked the person who help me with my application but she seem clueless she told me 3 to 4 days but I doubt its gonna be so quick.

how will the result be delivered? post or sms or email?

I would say within a month from A to Z

How you know the result ? I’m sure you will keep calling them to check the status. I don’t even get approval sms and I know it by phone call to CS Team

Delivery the card will be normal mail

not fast, and dont rush for it it'll be delivered to you via mail.

Hi would like to ask is there a special Thread for "Affin BHPetrol Credit card" ?

I just got my cc. When I applied for it, the bank staff mention they will rebate RM25 to offset the Service Tax , is this true?

cant comment on the rebate. better get b&w information from them, e.g. t&c to earn the rebate, etc. well, better than nothing, right?

prior to 1 Sep, i was informed by Affin staff that they will offer something for new cardholders. since no details is published, i guess info is for internal rebate granting to new cardholders.

I request for B&W but they cant produce any, I will call them up when I'm free. Still hesitant to activate it yet. Cuz currently using petronas ikhwan 8%. If I use both cards, I will hv to pay RM50 SST

they calls may be recorded, so can use it for dispute if you didnt receive the promised-rebate upon meeting the T&C.

call again to find out the T&C, eg spending amount or transaction count, period of eligibility, expectation to receive the rebate, etc.

U can cancel your ikhwan Petronas if you decided to activate your BHP Affin card
When promo is ending in Dec 2019, apply back Ikhwan petronas

Would like to ask, from the above , is topping up Lazada or Topping up BigPay or TouchnGo ewallet excluded from the criteria above ?

I just activated the BHP affin cc today, and after half an hour I cancelled it

After much consideration, I still think its better to just maintain one petrol CC which is MBB ikhwan petronas, anyway its only 2% difference.
