The banner promote bhp credit card, but when approach they pushing toward islamic affin card.

i've read somewhere that u can use this method:

1. Purchase RM100 Petronas Reloadable Gift Card from Lazada Online. Some credit card can give u cashback 5%. Actual pay is RM95/actual value is RM100.

2. Reload another RM100 for the Petronas Reloadable Gift Card at any Petronas station using Petronas Ikhwan during weekend to get 8% cashback. Actual pay is RM92 / actual value is RM100.

3. Free to use the Petronas Reloadable Gift Card at anytime during weekday or weekend since u already have RM200 inside but actual u pay is only RM187 (around 6.5% cashback).

4. Reload again in every weekend in the future to continue get 8% cashback, but u can use the card anytime during weekday or weekend. (8% cashback)


is this method really works?
anyone can confirm item #2? or actually reload is only by cash?

lol no point replying to a troll.

the only petronas station that allow to reload tng/petronas gift card using cc, it has 1% surcharge. so, effective cb will not be 8%, but just slightly over 7.xx% since the surcharge is charged into the cc as well. e.g. reload RM100, surcharge RM1 @ 1%, charged RM101 to credit card.

Example
Rm5 = pay only rm 4.75
Use mbb amex during weekend for purchase
You get 5% cb from 4.75 + x5 point
You could even save more then using petronas ikhwan
The voucher can use on anyday ,but not every station
Valid for 30day after purchase

Not convenient. Waste your time. Not worth it.

why wasting time?

You need to spend a few minutes at cashier to redeem fuel.
Not like gift card you can use it immediately at pump.

The whole process is not straight forward and time consuming!
