are u referring to bath room 2. The bottom got 1 hole. according to contractor they did not put pipe outside (pipe hide inside), so if any leaking will wet the wall. That's why i complained as defect but till now not yet fix.

the picture look very serious leaking.

Not enuf pressure.now worry water heater with pump wont able to get water faster

wow.. that was cheap. you sure no need to hack. like example my yard which converted to wet kitchen and do plumbing for washing machine & sink there, the contractor need to hack the wall . (but that is from water tank). The only place direct is kitchen. Others need to hack wall. How to change direct without hacking wall?

Anyone tested Water heater with pump? I dont think without pump will work. Anyone please share your experience

Got one that is near to door. Dunno why they built it so far from the pipe. So i ask the contractor to pull another one near to the pipe. Check out the picture.

this appointment do what? Do direct water adjustment rather than use water tank?

Did you call him? Got ask him how he do it? (change to direct water rather than water tank)

Install fitting izizit? Mine on 6 dec. Look like appointment is full

I just came back from my house. Alex came as promise and fix some issue. Saw water mark at car porch. reported and they went up roof to check. Found 1 roof crack and they replaced it. Then late afternoon heavy rain , f" Roof leaking at Car porch"...3 place leaking water. Wow, really lucky to saw the leaking. Tomorrow they are going to come again.

for other owners, please check when heavy rain. sometimes u can't see from water mark. my eye open so big when i saw the water dripping out from ceiling. Not 1 but 3 places....

Wow...i think mine going to be same. My bathroom 1 has flooded and water cannot go away. Tomorrow plumbing come to check why this is happening. Hopefully small problem.

just some defect. they are trying to solve it. You just hope that Ember & felicia wont get the key at the same time. If not, you will face problem like us. They cannot cope with so many houses. Do expect 3-4 month to fix defect and renovation.

Finally solved the flooded bathroom. developer plumber take out a lot of cement brink from the holes. where does those cement come from?

For roof, they cannot find any leaking/damage at roof. Need to wait tomorrow raining again. But got 1 lighting no power at car porch (the place where water leaking @ceiling).

anyone face same problem? Any rough idea what damage on the lighting or just need to wait it to dry?

Basically they should put a mobile police at our area. No near by police and no one round the house.

Anyone know how much is the grill at they put at the back road. I saw 2 row put already. Our behind also dangerous. I heard from developer, that some house just got break in last week. They not yet shift in but tv, electronic all got stolen.

few thousand. Less than 3K

just installed fitting. the water pressure is very low at shower head. for those that get water heater, make sure your one is with booster pump. I just installed water heater + booster after heard story that the water is low pressure. Due to water too low pressure, the water come out was so little and water heater not hot. then my trick, is on the pipe on bottom. Then only booster kick in and water start to heavy. without it. no water heater even waited for few minutes. Don't spend on cheap RM280+. make sure you get water heater with booster.

Then tested water at car porch. Even that is direct from pipe, the water is not so great. If you open from pipe, the pressure is great due to short distance. However, if you use long pipe when washing title at car porch, forget it. The water is too low till you can vomit blood.
