Last time checked with my fren who own a unit at basella ( but not stay there), the unify or streamyx still not in yet..but that is 2 months back..maybe u can refer to persatuan penduduk facebook page to find out..

That link is Phase 2- bassela. the one that we talk is ember. Saw already has few row structure in placed. It is painted as green. But that time i go is not open for viewing and not furnish. Anyone visit the p5 show unit?

Just received a letter from developer asking to pay deposit- Electricity - 280, water - 100 and TNB stamp duty - 10. Look like my unit going to finish soon.

Went to Sales office to pay deposit on electricity and water. Checked out EMBER. Almost sold out . Total 198 units -only left 40+. Went to show unit, 3 room, kitchen consider large a bit. Yard is full tiled as well. Then i saw Phase 6 has under construction as well

Not at this moment. You can check our previous post that we have discussed about it. Flood only at Kampung Johan area

Went to check my unit yesterday. They have locked the house and prevent people from going in. Saw the wall plate has mounted and door bell as well. Road has cleared and probably will "tar" it soon.

Just went there checking my unit.. Tarmac for cadia n dura completed already together with road marking..so we expecting another 5% payment for roadworks and sewerage for next bill..

There will be connection road between basella and cadia at the back of the field..showhouse for ember is ready but only bare, without any furniture..and still ioi is so kedekut..cannot give more trees/plant ke around that playground area..haish..

Anyway, 2 or 3 month to VP..heheh

They already charge 5% for the road (Dura). Excited to saw the road plus my road address.
I went to site to check as well. Still doing touch up and painting gate. Drove all the way to end of EMBER and saw got one lake/swamp (not very sure but saw people fishing). Next to it is another phase under construction.

For tree, they planted 1 just for the house.

I think Cadia will be late on getting the key (suppose end of May to hand over)
