any owner Phase 1 and phase 2? Need to check if got unifi or maxis fibre channel connectivity at bandar putera 2 klang? I just check coverage by using searching "Jalan Johan Setia". Found got coverage mentioned by both site.

From searching "Jalan Kebun Nenas" got coverage till KEBUN NENAS 4G/K8. Hopefully got.

Why bandar putera klang in LYN hotter than bandar puteri klang ? No investors active here ?

Cadia owner here... I'm also waiting for key.... late 3 month my wife call the developer.. they say will be on aug...

Dura update- They have put house number plate and lock the gate. So cannot visit except view from outside.

Most likely will be sept as Hari Raya is around the corner. anyway, keep us update when they call you to get the key. Next will be dura.

hai guys...i'm cadia owner... CD006 (facing basketball court) ... can't wait to get the keys....

Did you check that your electric and water meter has in?

emmmmmm....last few days before raya i go there...not yet install...

one stupid question. If not yet install, how to get CF? Is this normal as i saw no meter for Dura as well. i thought it is normal as they focused at Cadia right now.
In order to get CF, does the house need to has electric and water meter?

yaa loo....so when exactly IOI will install those things??emmmm...

i ask them they said last week or this week should get CF...

just called ioi..expected the vp date will be on end of this month..

they will issue the letter, and after bank release the money to them, then only we can set for appointment with the person incharge..

it is ok for me coz my snp is 11 september..just checked last night.. i tot august..hahaha.. still they ahead the schedule la..

Yes Yes Yes..... I got the letter from IOI to collect the key....

Still pending for bank final disbursement....next week only can make appointment for key collection....
