Developer are really getting on my nerve. They don't want to rectify my problem. So since this is the way the developer want it , then i have no choice to send them a reminder. Below are the reminder.

Number of downloads: 114I dun Known about Bandar Putera maintenance team, but for Bandar Puteri case, they will send one or two Burmese to slowly rectify yours problem. The worst thing is their Maintenance office, the site supervisor will never brother to seriously to rectify the problem, and just let the foreginer to carryout the job to minimimse their cost. |

Just went to BP2 last monday..just to see my house progress..
Lepak at the mamak there..found there will be 1 surau near the empty land back of the shop lot there..it is good! Thingking of lot of unit there without any masjid or surau?? Then thanks to the persatuan penduduk bandar putera 2 for their effort.. But along the jalan johan setia has no street lighting at all? I mean near our taman there..coz visit on night around 8 and found that the road (jalan johan setia) so dark.. Is the front of the shop lot got street lighting? Coz at that time, the front of the shop lot also dark..is it always like that? Btw, end up that day, i change my tyres and sportrims at the workshop next to the mamak..cina muslim workshop..very friendly guy..and the servis also good..plus point to the area |

HQ call me up the day after i submitted the complain letter.anyway found a new defect , the window at upstair family hall , the one beside tangki air cant close properly. After close it, still got 1 inch gap. Anyway already report last Thursday and by end of Thursday itself , it settle already..That empty land suppose to build Balai Polis and school. 75% completed on Dura Phase- bandar putera 2. Visited the site yesterday and saw backyard has put cement and drain as well.

Dura and cadia i think same progress now rite..architect cert until sewerage n electric work completed..
Just visit the site, behind dura got new phase rite? What is the phase name? Behind that phase got OSD pond and sewerage house..and after that sewerage house got another phase..already launch? |

did any forumer here currently stay in alpinia/basella/cassia? i mean really stay there?
just want to know the traffic along the road from dura to junction at the mamak stall there during morning 7 to 8am and during evening 6-8pm.. just wonder if the dura and cadia completed one day and fully occupied for this 4 phases, is the road along the single storey houses will be cramp or not? haha just read the facebook page of persatuan penduduk, got 1 car/motocycle got stolen..and now they start close the basella entrance and now all in/out vehicle must via the guard house at alpinia..hope cadia and dura got 1 too after this |

I think they should put fences as well rather than just close the gate. The guard only available during day time.
