Yeah! Asus has best build quality( thanks to it's most reliable motherboard), Dell has best service and quality not bad too~Acer, lower build quality so you need some luck..If you think yourself always the lucky one, go for Acer..

Budget ar, actually no limit la but i think i use for surfing, drama and play dota, no need too high end also. The acer i refer is 4750G, which u said not available in Msia. My current laptop is Compaq with AMD processor, going die soon...
