But i can say, most of my frens use acer laptop, all will complain. But i know all brands sure will have ppl complain, just in my mind, is plan to get Asus or Dell 1st...  nod.gif

Yeah! Asus has best build quality( thanks to it's most reliable motherboard), Dell has best service and quality not bad too~Acer, lower build quality so you need some luck..If you think yourself always the lucky one, go for Acer.. icon_rolleyes.gif

hi fellas, need some feedback on Dell's XPS 16. any current users mind sharing ur experience?

its gonna be my first laptop, so not much experience. appreciate all the feedbacks.

specs as follows:

-Intel® Core™ i5-540M Processor (2.53Ghz, 4 Thread, turbo boost up to 3.06 GHz, 3M cache)
-8GB (4GBx2) 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM --> is 8gb overkill?
-1GB DDR3 ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 5730

gonna be using it for work and some gaming. hopefully can last me for 3-4 years
*
8 GB RAM really overkill flex.gif ~actually 4GB already very enough..if you use your laptop well, it should can lasts more than 3 years..not gaming too much, make sure it as cool as possible (use cooler pad, clean it)~ hmm.gif

Er.. MacBook air using g320M while MAcBook Pro 13 is using intel Hd3000, lol 320M definitely better lar if u just look at GPU..
*
Actually i also don't know what happen with the 13" MacBook Pro, maybe want save the energy? Intel HD 3000 performance quite same with 310M gua rclxub.gif Other spec sure MacBook Pro win~ haha~but i'm sure 15" MacBook Pro graphic is good enough icon_rolleyes.gif ...

Agreed. Internal graphics will rape your RAM instead of having a dedicated one. I still say MacBook Air is better for 13 inch
Though MBP 15 inch is pwnage
*
No need worry~MBP have 4GB RAM thumbup.gif
