If comparing this 2.. It is more worth it to get the i7 with additional 600 bucks ??

I am looking for a laptop for study purposes(doing presentations,assignments,web browsing and maybe watch some movies drg free time).
I want a durable and if possible long battery life.(cant afford to have my lappy in workshop always) which brand do I go for? what specs should I look out for? should I go for i3 or i5? budget ard 2.3-2.5K. |

and one more thing, know any more laptop here that has higher than 1366x768 screen? i need to buy one asap but so far my search has only yielded that lousy standard resolution thanks |
