The MBB Visa Petronas replacement card that I requested two to three months ago also carries the same CC number.

Unless they upgrade your card to the next level/category. I don't see why the CC number has to be changed.

I was hoping to have different CC number for the replacement... don't like xx24 ... wonder they have 8888

Mine is a opposite. I want to change my Visa to MC. I called them up yesteraday and the cust service say they can do it. However, I should not use the Visa at all. Lucky I did not use.

Just got mine last 2 weeks..haven't use yet..(Puasa mode until I finished paying my Petronas card)..probably want to close the petronas and transfer the balance and treatpoints to the new cards? Wise? Got any different?
