hm, my old card was 2x my old salary years ago. now the mbb2 is about 2.8x my new salary.

i also find 3x more than enough unless u plan to go overseas
very rare to use up the credit limit. if ur using it up regularly, better beware then

my MBB2 CL is more than 10X my monthly salary.
my SCB CL is even 18X.
the lowest one frm CIMB DA, also got 9X.

That's why I am puzzled, why you guys CL so low...
Don't bash me first. I don't mean to promote chasing of high CL.

this i do not know as I know payonline doesnt allow a non UOB card holder to make payment.

btw has any1 encountered problem using MBB American Express Card? Went for Labodega last night for dinner, according to the promotion, I was supposed to have been able to enjoy 50% discount. I was denied it. Simply, that the MBB AE card that I am holding is not the original American Express Card, user posted image

faint showed the assistant manager the brochure but to no avail. Looked like a stupid fool yday, and ended up calling the CS to complain, who wil revert by today.

You get 1 free drink on each visit only.
1 receipt can only show 1 free drink.

But that doesn't stop you from getting another SB drink in another one 2-3 hours later... rclxms.gif whistling.gif

T&C written that the promotion is not applicable for Maybank 2 Platinum cards.

I will let u know once i found out the full details. Had a detailed read at the American Express webside realise that a lot of good promotion is only valid for AE card, not MBB 2 Card. Faint. Seems lik safer to use the card for 5% rebate and 5x points, rather than the promotions. otherwise, we may look lik a stupid fool.

Yup, some promotion is only available for American Express issued Platinum cards.

I beg to differ.
I paid TM bills (on behalf of friends) using PayOnline with my OCBC TITANIUM, so far no problems at all.
Many forummers here are also doing the same thing.
