Anyone apply by faxing the form over to customer service? Just fax the form, ic and other bank credit card will do?

Applied for the platinum card, today check M2U stated i only got the Gold card, anyone tried to upgrade their card before?

Just receive my card today where i got the sms on monday, just wan to ask if i sign up for the auto paybills will i get points also? Or is better that i pay online manually?
