Convert from paper-based statement to e-statement on Maybank2U.
E-statement takes up to 2-3 days (after Statement Date) to be generated and viewable from M2U.
Only the last 3 months statement is viewable at any one time...

My 5000TP took very long until I forgot about it... just wait for it or constantly "harrass" the CS.

What type of update are you expecting ?
Did you pay your CC before or on 26 April 2011 ?

atm my outstanding balance rm0.00
what i meant was why they never renew the statement date and due date since i've alrdy cleared off the outstanding balance for the month of april. by right they should update to month of may?

weird thing happen this morning though
I try 2 times on my AMEX to buy games at steampowered.com but failed, then i use mastercard can.

* same acc info is entered, except the card number ofcourse

then later maybank call to verify payment, i ask him y my amex cant work, he said no prob ah, your amex work just now (but i get blocked transaction by steam said my card ada prob)

So i total blur now, do amex need online activation or something? someline like verivisa or master secure code?

I just wondering, why maybank always reject my card application? I dont credit issues and with low commitment, other bank approve very easy but i dont like the card offer. Why maybank hatre me so much

Those dates don't move until the next statement date on 6 May.... even Statement Balance don't change after full payment .

wanna ask... will the branch call me up to collect the card when the card is ready at the branch?

never tried but did Steam ask for the Amex CID (CVV equivalent)? For Amex it is not the 3 numbers at the back but 4 numbers in the front.

Yes, I just collect my card at branch this morning.

oh.. then i have to just wait...
initially ask them to mail to my office.. but after 2 weeks, got call from cs said my card stucks at pos office and asked if got any call or notice from poslaju.. i answered no...
then they ask me to collect from maybank branch that i preferred..

best if you call the branch on the status as my other two cards (diff bank) has reached few days before i called them.
wait till they call us is already like the cards lying in the office for 1 or 2 weeks d.
