Just 2 weeks ago i applied for OCBC titanium but my application was rejected due to 'management decision'. Applied for MBB2 last week later and i received a sms that my application has gone thru yesterday.

Do i need to wait for another sms to say that my cards are ready for collection?

I request for GST redemption from TP also for MBB-2  smile.gif

MBB deducted 10k each from both MBB-2-Amex and MBB-2-Visa  doh.gif

Already lodged complaint, pending reply.  mad.gif  vmad.gif

Ok, latest update in my a/c:

For 20k TP deducted, MBB reversed 2x RM50 GST = RM100 to me.

Is it more worth it than getting Jusco voucher RM100 = 20k TP ? hmm.gif

Not sure.

The dates are all different.

From Maxis website, it was stated that payment made on 30 March but MBB2 AMEX statement said posting date and transaction date fall on 2 April.

The branch which you designated for collection will call you for pickup, else just call call centre and check whether the card has arrived at the branch.

Somehow I noticed there's additional 5000 TreatsPoints in my Maybankard2 Visa ... strange. I was expecting 10,000 TreatsPoints, actually.
*
After waiting for 2 days after Statement Date, e-statement in PDF finally downloaded in M2U.
The 5000 TreatsPoints received was for E-Statement Campaign (last year's campaign)...

I think AMEX cards don't have cash withdrawal from ATM like PLUS (for Visa) or Cirrus (for Mastercard)
