Last month a girl from whateverbranch called asking if i'm interested with these 2 card - then i replied im only interested if the card is platinum otherwise im not as i already have petronas visa gold card. then the girl said that she will try 1st then if im not eligible for platinum, she will not apply it for me. 2 weeks ago i checked from my m2u account i have 2 mbb amex & mastercard gold card.. but since i'm out stationed i didn't have the card with me (card was send to poslaju for return). just now i called mbb cc center the guy on the phone informed me if i want to upgrade i need to fill form walk in to any branch attach my payslip bla..bla..bla.. then i said want to cancel my gold mbb 2 card coz i'm too lazy to do all that.. - the end -

i managed 2 set pin for my Dua cards...but when i wanted withdraw i couldnt do so..then called them up n they replied that maybank 2 dont have that facility

just noticed that maybank didnt credit my 5x TP for 2 transactions with MBB2 Amex. one with Toy r'us and another with paypal payment.

do anyone encounter this before?

yes the transactions were posted for 2 days in M2U...still no point reflected in TP other transactions which were posted much later (yesterday and this morning) already have their points credited

have one more day see got updated or not

Weird.. I applied Maybankard 2 last 2 weeks.. Just now called customer careline to enquire about my application status but they say no record is found.. Kind of worry about my documents. And they asked me to resubmit my application.. Anyone encounter this before?

Now thinking to go 1U Maybank card center to apply.. Can they do fast approval and issue the card this weekend?
