You have the choice don't go for flood area with proposal of high tech / best flood prevention system.

You will be worried if one day you are unfortunately seeing the water entering into your dream house getting more & higher and nothing you can do to stop the flood destroying everything.

You still can not go home / out because the access JH road is flood....

After a long period, left only residents still staying on the hill top, where other lower area has moved left it empty with no maintenance,

not so nice right ?

Ok, you are the owner you have the right to concern.

As a owner in TP, kindly check your mail box for the memo that sent by the management office staff which explained in details, or you may also go to the management office to find your answer instead of asking more details in the public forum.

Discussion / enclosed too much details in the public forum which may also caused other serious security issue.

What do you mean by "This is not the first time I knew off"? Break-ins have happened in TP before? hmm.gif

I heard JH has break-in cases as well so what is the different with armed guards. Most of the break-in cases are only realized when the owner reports to the security. By then the thieves are long gone. Having armed guards or not does not make any different.

I think the main purpose of having armed guards in Country height is to protect the safety of the Kenya ambassadors against threats than petty thieves.

How come this thread has become TP vs JH again. ROFL. These 2 always war with each other.

I've been to both. Heard horror stories on both. Heard good stories on both. The best is to visit BOTH many many many times and follow your feel and your heart. Once your heart likes something, then you will automatically protect the one you like.

If you read and research on the property threads, you'll find that TP supporters once laugh at JH for the break in during CNY last time and boast about their perfect record. Then the 1st robbery happened in TP. So the lesson of the story is, don't laugh at ppl's misfortune.

BTW, fyi, JH flooded once after the start of the forest clearing and construction on the higher ground of JH. It affected some 1st phase houses. After the flood, Gamuda has done some digging to make the lakes deeper and some other technical stuff to avoid it. If it happens again, then shame on Gamuda.

Hope all developers and township IMPROVE on floods, landslides, safety!!

I was told the JH break in was done by naughty teenage boy as it relating to Ps 2 playstion, BMX , Basketball & Robots wall sticker Set when the resident at long vacation.

Don't you people ever get tired of comparing housing estates? Each have their own plus points and negatives.

The same names keep popping up again and again. Truth be told, those who have made up their minds and have the $ to choose have probably beli-ed already and are now enjoying their new neighborhood anyways.

As for the TP residents here, please register your house and street number with the residents' facebook thread. Many of the issues being brought up here have already been discussed there, and it is much better than using a public forum such as LYN.

Bro , u think arm guards against threat ? you like to think as u like .
years ago at jln ampang , there were robbed not threat ...... need guns against robbers .
need pentagon against threat

There is no terrorist threat so far to embassy ... robbers plenty la ........

I dont mean to compare against different managements and developers here ... the point is simple no point to stay at expensive house if there is lack of security .

You seems to think you get the best deal with TP ... let me tell you there are plenty of better houses or environment and there are plenty with worse conditions la ...... thumbup.gif

Cheers bro !
