I do not understand how a place (considerably big city) like Johor Bahru do not have a Maxis Centre that is open on Sundays/Public Holidays.

I have a spoilt sim card that i now have to drive all the way down to Batu Pahat to a Maxis Centre that is open.

Nope the only plan for new and ported customer is #Hotlink and the plan doesn't comes with Validity90 and Validity365
The only way to sign up for Validity90 and Validity365 is using the old Hotlink plan

Actually, replacement of SIM card can also be done at any Maxis Exclusive Partners listed at https://new.maxis.com.my/en/personal/suppor...et-listing.html .Some of them are located inside shopping malls and are open during weekends also.

May i know the validity 365 still can add on as on today for Hotlink Youth club plan? i tried few times to active it from *100#, it said it i've subscrided it but still the balance is remain and call still cant make it.

I still have balance of Rm50+ in it but the validity is over. Do i need to reload to active the validity before subscribe the validity 365?

Yea I think the Validity365 option is still available for Hotlink Youth Club plan, and my advice is try topup another RM5 or RM10 to get some validity and try again as I remember during grace period they wont allow u to sign up for the validity

Tried to reload and subscribe again the vadility 365. Still same result said i success but balance still remain and validity date still not extended. Do we need to wait some times for it to change? or will straight get extended once subscribe it?

Just called the CS, it said my plan HYC can't subscribe to the validity 365. zzzz

I remember thy still have Validity365 for Youth Club plan during 2013, maybe they changed their T&C sorry
Maybe you can try ask them in their customer service forum but I think the Validity365 is highly possible has been removed

I just buy Validity90 for my HYC tonight.. was problem free for me..

My sister had the same problem, I reported through their FB page & manage to get it fixed for her. Go to www.facebook.com/hotlink & then select the Ask Hotlnk tab....

Scary laa these days....better check with Maxis just to be sure.....
