I can confirm that im having free internet + the validity of 365(can see when i checked my balance,*122#). SO, likelyhood, my call/sms rate is per the new plan.

EDIT: Checked through *100#,6,7.states that i have #hotlink plan.

charges me RM5 to change plan.

In their FAQ they mentioned to call them if you want to get the Hotlink 365. Maybe it's possible with their help but in ur case system glitch?

guys, i just purchased hotlink sim card at paradigm mall for my iphone 5 but only reliased it is not nano-sim and they want to charge me RM25 to convert to nano sim which is ridiculous.

first, they never tell me this is not for iphone 5 even though i took out my iphone and put it on the table(they can clearly see it is iphone 5). i can't get the refund because it is already registered.

so does that mean i have to pay another RM25 to get converted to nanosim or maxis centre can do it free?

Hi, I would like to ask some question about #Hotlink plan before I decide to MNP

1) For example if I purchase RM40 (RM30 + RM10 separately) top-up every month, did I get extra 10 days to bring forward to next month? (I mean is RM40=40days validity?)
2) What is the average H+ and LTE speed for #Hotlink 1GB RM30 plan? (Any location is okay just wanna see its speed)
3) Is the LTE connection stable around KL and Cyberjaya?

1) validity does not stack

If reload same day, you will get 30 days.

If reload RM30, then after 25 days you reload RM10, you will get 35 days total.

You actually need to inform your bank whenever you switch to any telco because the bank needs to update it in their database for TAC SMS purposes. If not, you won't be able to receive the TAC SMS after you switch telco via MNP.

May i know the validity 365 still can add on as on today for Hotlink Youth club plan? i tried few times to active it from *100#, it said it i've subscrided it but still the balance is remain and call still cant make it.

I still have balance of Rm50+ in it but the validity is over. Do i need to reload to active the validity before subscribe the validity 365?

Tried to reload and subscribe again the vadility 365. Still same result said i success but balance still remain and validity date still not extended. Do we need to wait some times for it to change? or will straight get extended once subscribe it?
