r u sure i can make call/sms for 90 days? but why on the hot ticket it stated 7 days validity for rm8 topup & 10 days validity for rm15 topup?

This here maxis very good in confusing the customer like their phone bill

Hot ticket is a hot ticket it have

Hot ticket validity like u said 7 days to 10 and etc
Phone Validity must reload in 90 days

Hot ticket = No money = Value only
Normal Reload = Real money = Your phone Credit

Yes i'm sure. If you're really on HOTLINK PLAN,normal Rm5 coupon will have 90 days validity period. As i mention,it's normal coupon not HOT TICKET!

What's the difference between phone and hot ticket validity?

EXAMPLE Hot ticket is like u buy RM10 for 15mins 30sms and expire 7 days its an additional service

So you still have to pay for the normal validity

Isn't your example of RM10 for 7 days means 7 days validity already?
Damn confusing.

Normal Rm10 coupons if use it on EXTRA PLAN will get 10 days validity, if use it on HOTLINK PLAN then it will get 90 days validity period.

If I get a Hotlink Plan starter pack do I get 90 days validity immediately or do I need to "activate" or make initial top-up to activate?

finally get a new simcard replacement from maxis centre @ the garden
wait almost 1hour and service me less than 5minute =.=
but,they just move the card number into new simcard without moving contact
lolx,nid to move myself and rm10 as replacement new simcard ~~

Everyone..please help me!
Recently i just switch from hotlink postpaid to prepaid. And it starting my nightmare.
Almost everyday morning around 9am on ward i will kept receiving those craps message like Maxis Free MMS or Hotlink RM0. guide u how to get the free background music and how to redeem thing from hotlink and lot of spam message. And almost everytime, the exactly same message will send in 9 times one shot..mean i receive 9 message is totally the same. And it really disturbing me and my gf when we was sleeping. I totally cannot bear with it. And i cannot switch the phone to silent mode due to i got lot of customer "Might" calling me on morning to ask for something regarding the business. But they not so meaningless than this kind of junk message. Anyway to disable it?

btw, did anyone using Hotlink for Blackberry BIS???

im mainly only use for BBM, which Celcom and Digi prepaid have offer 50 cents per day...

It depends on your plan. For example, Extra plan charge the call in 1 minute block, so 1 sec or 1 min call cost the same..

Eh guys. Can maxis just increase my credit limit without my permission? I've checked my credit limit it's already at rm300 now! WTF ? I did not request not permit any changes to the credit limit at all.

try go ask them at the roadshow at pavillion ?
