in the morning i eat 2 eggs with bread, and a cup of milo.

bout 10 smth eat some tit bits such as biscuits etc.

lunch bout 1smth, usually rice with alot of vege and meat.

bout 4 tea and some light food

bout 6 dinner rice again with dishes

bout 9 smth supper ( this is unhealthy, i tend to eat oily food ) . hahaha.

If this is eating like a 'freaking pig', the guys around here must eat like goddamn balrogs. Seriously, it's no wonder you're not seeing any results.

The majority of your diet is carbs. I only see the word meat pop up twice, once at lunch and once more at dinner (because I'm going to assume 'dishes' consists of some meat). Sure, carbs are important. All macronutrients are important. But you need way more protein in your diet.

Decent meal for Malaysian I would say. Its hard to bulk up that way. As said, protein is important yo. Next time cook yourself a handful of chicken breast wokeh?

i personally think Eji's service is very slow.
tried to deal with him via COD in penang island.
sms him with questions but he only replied 1 ques. and he took very very long period to reply.
the whole sms process took 3 days.

by the 3rd day, he told me no more stock. damn, really frustrated man...
perhaps the price is attractive but it seems that the service is very bad.

Maybe he doesn't have time to answer questions!
