1 weeks ago just found a new ghetto gym at perak road,opposite inifinity..the owner having another branch at pisa,so I can access 2 side,300 for 6 months,almost got evrythings and they still plan to expand it,awesome aye?

Btw fitness studio is a lil expensive to me..I actually access another small gym at new world park name bodyfactory..just pure free weight and 1 smith machine,168 for 1 year,I joined since jan because the owner is 1 of my friends..but dint train there often lol

yes, ordered when available stock. Services is fast as item shipped out one day after payment is confirmed. Just the shipping is slowww with pos malaysia. BTW received my items this afternoon after 8 days...

you guys have to realize that whey price always increased. Gaspari already have 2x increment this year alone.
I just got notice Ultimate Nutrition will have another increase this month.
US is in great financial turmoil and raw price for whey keep increasing
what keeps the price is low now is because of fierce competitions between the sellers

there is no way one one can sell at low price, making profit and still survive, especially using air freight.
