bros, im 19 atm 171cm tall, and 62 kg .
I basically have a very small frame, and no matter how i work out, i will not get wider, i will only get more lean.
Is it better to take Dymatize Serious Mass Gainer just to put on the width? I don't know if it would work or not.
OR should I just stick with ON 100% Gold Standard Whey protein?
Need advice fast bros. thanks!
