The majority of your diet is carbs. I only see the word meat pop up twice, once at lunch and once more at dinner (because I'm going to assume 'dishes' consists of some meat). Sure, carbs are important. All macronutrients are important. But you need way more protein in your diet.

I can definitely vouch for this. I've used mass gainers before and all I got out of it was a big raise in BF%, given I'm not as huge as you, but still. Definitely agree clean bulking is the way to go.

Jack3d works well for me. Haven't found the need to up the servings yet, so that's better compared to SPMax. Can't comment on Nano Vapour though, so you'll have to wait for the others.

TBH, I was expecting the new Myo to be horrible after looking at what people said about it. But it's really not that bad, in fact I think it's still a better tasting supplement than most others, IMO. It just proves that taste is really a personal thing and you gotta try it yourself to judge.

Though for some things, everybody can agree on. Such as unflavoured BCAAs being the worst tasting thing ever.

It's possible that it's an isolated case. I've dealt with musclemaniaclub multiple times and their service has been up to par every time.

Use a different brand.

Unless you've had the powder lab tested, you're not really adding any credibility to your accusation. Most chocolate protein powders tastes like similar chocolate food products.
