I called them up regarding Protein Factory and other stuffs like SciVation. if I'm not mistaken, an Indian (but the race doesn't matter la kan) runs the show.
most of the goods I inquired are
forever out of stock. haha. they say they're going to stock it up in a month or so. but no update.
hence, I've never made a transaction with them. besides, I think I found that their price is sorta high compared to other retailers.
however, they called you up very quickly if they don't answer your calls. that is good service, in my opinion.

May I ask what's the most trustworthy online shop with fast shipping and what's the most worthy protein brand to gain muscle?
most of them are really good.
personally, I've went with Eji, MuscleManiaClub, and fitnutritions Malaysia.
1. Eji = most of the time no stock. but with proper planning and management, you can go with his preorders and save a bit on ten pounders as his ten pounders are decently reasonably priced

just don't kill yourself waiting
2. MuscleManiaClub = high stock. but starting to get pricey. I've been monitoring their price increase on ON's 100% Golld Standard Whey 5 lbs. from RM 185 increase to RM 193. then it made a step up to RM 197. slowly increasing. but since I monitored, I notice.
shipping : if you sms and bank in, they will say RM 10
online banking/ transfer : RM 8
walk in : nil
3. fitnutrition is really good. they're concerned with the goods that they shipped out. cuma, price is slightly higher than MMC's.
shipping : flat rate RM 10

nothing beats a good solid diet. clean eating. but this will cost you time. supplement in my opinion are just add-ons.
people think that these supplements. these powders these pills are magical. they are not. hahaha.
first, have your training regime check.
second, rest should be sufficient.
third, your nutrition is spot on (which a lot of us neglect including me myself)
try to understand at least a bit of macro nutrients.
when you have all of those in check and you have the extra money to stretch on supplements, then go ahead. personally, I say go with whey. recently, I added creatine to my list. CreaPure.
but then, I started to fall sick and I know it's due to my poor diet. so, I figured out I need multi-vitamins.
used to think multi-vites are bull. hahaha. but now..I'm having a change of mind. If a stack is what I need, I say :
1. whey
2. creatine (CreaPure)
3. multivitamins
I repeat, supplements are just add-ons. they are in no way magical stuff imported from Hogwarts
