oh come on. as if you're using Protein Factory's PURE Whey, Magic Whey Protein Isolate (by Magic Pill), Mass Machine Nutrition's MM25 Whey, or even AllMax Nutrition's IsoNatural la now. Dymatize may be cheaper. But it isn't as clean and as pure as those I listed out.

well, you have to understand that not everybody have the privilege of having the time to prepare their muscle building food
and it's not just the cooking/ preparing I'm talking about here. we also have to take into account the time taken before and after preparation. you know, the cleaning up and stuff. so yeah. Please try to understand

YES, caffeine gives you the focus. simultaneously caffeine produces cortisol too. cortisol promotes weight gain. dirty bulking. FATS bad fats.
creatine gives you the ATP. which is good. but you wouldn't to stack something good with something bad. true?

try replacing caffeine with something anti-oxidant in properties. berries are great (unfortunately costly for we Malaysians). let's be frank, we all here want to build muscle and burn fat simultaneously , true?

L-Arginine and its other forms, which supposedly increase nitrate levels in the blood. In
fact, L-Arginine does NOT increase nitrate levels in the blood. Furthermore, just recently a

well, TMW's advice work on me man.
1. save a hell lot of money. cut out all the bullsh!ts. their best advice ever is on supplements. just get whey and creatine (preferably a blend or a CreaPure).
it works! I'm young. I don't need those pre workouts (tried Cellucor's C4. gave me no effect at all, I swear), recovery supplememt (BCAA, Glutamine, Amino Acids etc.) and what not. at the end of the day, I'm makin' all kinds of gains while those egoistic misters at my gym that have a locker full of supplements still have sucky body. Twins call them, Jimmy Struthers

2. Twins and I, we are ectomorphs. what works for them mostly tend to work for me (except for their training regime which is too little for me. I don't have genetics as great as theirs. sad)

3. their videos are funny yet easy to digest. 3 to 6 minutes max. no beating around the bush

4. they are not sponsored athletes, and they don't own a supplement store. they couldn't care less in promoting supplements. they only review supplements based on reviewers'/ subscribers' request. they give good advice (at least to me, they are)

my question is, despite of vlog trainers despising him, is it wrong for me to take their advice and put in a trial and error test run? if it works, good. if it doesn't, too bad.

Why is BSN's Syntha-6 so widely used (among Malaysians)?

is it the taste?
or maybe it's a sustained/ timed release protein?
price?
OR, is it just because GNC sells them so they are easily available making them more known?

especially newbies in the supplement world. they tend to go with BSN Syntha-6. WHY?

the price factor, I see. well, for RM 160, Malaysians can get themselves MusclePharm's Combat Powder.

1. Calories (our local dishes have plenty of calories already )
Syntha-6 > MP Combat

2. Total Fat
Syntha-6 > MP Combat

3. Sodium
Syntha-6 > MP Combat

4. Total Carbs (this maybe a good thing for some users. but not to those trying to minimize their cubs to look lean, mean and striated)
Syntha-6 > MP Combat

5. Protein
MP Combat > BSN Syntha-6
*Syntha-6 have only 50% of protein per serving. On the contrary, MP Combat stands 16.77% more protein compared to BSN'S Syntha-6

to top it all off. my friend emailed BSN regarding their halal status and the reply was, all our BSN products are not suitable for halal/ kosher use. thank you
-this may not affect some or most of you here. but still, a muslim might want to avoid it. However, I do respect BSN's sincerity and business ethics.

check out Eji's website and you'll find that they have BPI Sports - 1M.R. for 224 grams.
I checked out BPI Sports website (http://bpisports.net/products/1mr) and bodybuilding.com store (http://mys.bodybuilding.com/store/bpisports/1-m-r.html) and I can't find 224 grams of BPI Sports 1.M.R.

what occur to me, could Eji's title be misleading? or could be a fake supplement? or, could it mean that Eji is the only retailer that carries out 224 gram tub of BPI Sports 1.M.R.?

I'll let you know on Thursday or Wednesday.

I'm on. if the expiry date is a long way to go, I might grab 2 tubs.
