well, it's not really that hard to research, i thought a lot of people already knew this, just google "glucosamine ineffective" , you'll get a lot articles about how people spent 20 bil a year on this and the effects are more likely placebo, i tried looking for the sources that i studied but i forgot where,

same as how i reseached about the optimen, orange triad and life force, it's a from a bb.com article, now i can't find it, i make notes when i research about them tho, because when i do research i just randomly open links and tabs, read comments, read studies, arguments, then i write down the important stuffs.
Added on November 19, 2012, 11:58 pmBtw i have questions regarding progression.
i've been workin out for like a year and a half, i'm around 11-12% bf, 15 inch arms, 40.5 inch chest, 5'11 tall, 79 kgs.
my bench 1RM is stuck at 97-100 kgs, can't seem to improve for a long time, i don't deadlift a lot, once maybe 2-3 months, and i can deadlift 150 kgs, i don't understand at all.
my routine always change, i'm always looking one that suit me best, i do body part spilts, incorporate reverse pyramid style to major compounds movements, little isolation exercises with suing HIT principle doing them, slow motion.
and this is crazy but in terms of exercise selection, i choose 1 compound exercise for one body part, like for chest, only flat bench, and i throw in 10 sets, reverse pyramid. from 90+ kgs to 30 +, 10 sets all to failure, is that wrong?
