Yes, possible, depend on size. IF not exactly at golden triangle, 1km walking distance is possible.

there u go....terrace at 2.2M shakehead.gif
DPC already 1.7M and counting.....
I believe only flippers will make money but not on long term buyers/investors as big crash is imminent.
Easily 10M properties in Klang valley with only 2M household. remaining 8M held by 10% of the household.
once Bursa down, BLR up, property will be down and can get 50-60% of current value brows.gif

The glades is really overpriced IMHO. But I think Sime Darby needs to do this to push the township up.

Wah, u predicted so well. Have u bought a house
or still waiting to buy?
I guess u have not make any purchase.
Probably u got to wait for few years without
further control by govt for that to happen.

Putra Heights is a certainly a nice place to live in, only if the price is right. But I have the feeling that the sales will still be good....

Hmmm  hmm.gif  Why do you think Cyberjaya's properties price will skyrocket? Do you have any news that Cyberjaya will bloom?

I can see lots of developers are starting high end residential projects. Their prices are even higher than those launched in Bukit Jalil, Kinrara hot areas.

From what I see, Cyberjaya is still not that developed. Public amenities are not at par with the new high end residential project.

My opinion is Bukit Jalil is not yet hot areas, it is sleeping giant waiting to wake up..
Bukit Kiara yes,, very hot...

I happened to pass by the proposed site for SRJK© Tun Tan Siew Sin today and noticed some workers unloading construction materials. When I approached the supervisor (a local Chinese), I was surpriced to be told that they are the contractor's workers for the school project. It looks like the Chinese school construction is finaly going to kick off (fingers crossed).

I think SD has priced the Glades on the high side by leveraging on these 3 factors :
1. SRJK© Tun Tan Siew Sin
2. PH LRT
3. One City by WCT

Putra Heights certainly has its great potential in the next 2 years when the above 3 projects are completed at about the same time. Let's see.

I agree. The phase 1 and 2 of One City will be completed 1st quarter of next year whereas the phase 3 is expected to be completed by 2015. biggrin.gif

Anyway, The Glades does look very luxurious.....

Just back from the show room (went there to collect some brochures), all the 18 nos of Superlink released for this launch has already been sold.

Seems that SD allows buyers to book even before official launch this Saturday.

SD will only release the remaining superlink at the second launch. Well looks like the response is encouraging, and it is still a seller's market out there.
