Hi Lelynx, thanks for sharing your thoughts.
At my current point in life, I'm not that adventurous to take on subsale as it'll require renovations. And am not a fan of gardening, so actually the landed land doesn't really get utilized much, still would be sititng indoors.
One thing I notice is that landed areas eventually tend to have cars parked along the sides of the housing area roads, including outside the side areas of other people's houses. Quite unpleasant. Maybe modern landed projects have a solution for this.
I agree with you that PH is a nice area. I've driven through it now and then, and also when I checked out Serenade. You PH people are a lucky bunch.
Pro and con for condo vs landed. You can do a Google search for comparison. As it's up to personal preference
BTW, those few sections which I've mentioned earlier, roads are wide enough for parking. I had no issue at all at my area now. That's the beauty of PH landed areas
Car porch is not for gardening alone. As you may park in front of your house directly. No need to carry heavy grocery for lift at condo
Can do BBQ too or for kids to play around
Some areas are gated and guarded; take note it's not applicable for all PH
You need renovation for Serenade too, right? it's the same for subsale landed. find a decent one and you might not even need to change much. 1 mill budget for PH subsale landed, it more than enough to find a decent 2000sft BU
