Just a small update on my flight delay experience.AAX compensate me a return flight to all AAX destinations(except london & Paris) with a dateline.Well, better compensation than i expected smile.gif But the long 10Hrs is indeed too much for my lost ....

So bet on ur luck when traveling with AAx .But hey,who noes u might get another round trip like me (no guarantee on that) hahaha

Seoul must be really beautiful now with orange-red leaves.Sigh* The best month to visit namiseom too.My friend who is studying at seoul now can't stand the cold weather ..I can't imagine how it feels like in December.Brrr...

Now i'm planning another visit in march or april.Undecided yet..hmm

r u saying just because you pay peanut, giving them every right to keep customers in the dark not knowing what happen. Treat customers badly and being rude to customer is ok?

Remember, whatever it is, customer is paying for the trip. Meaning, their salary comes from customer.

QUOTE(digitalz @ Oct 12 2011, 09:35 AM)
You can't really compare the service you know? For the price that you are paying? sweat.gif AA doesn't call itself a budget airline for no reason. Imagine flying 4k for MAS or 5k for SIA and around 2.5k for AAX. That's a big difference there.

Well, Listiani, Although I too hv few bad experiences wth AA customer services...I will still using them bcos of the cheap fare...No choice unless MAS able to match AA promo pricing..

In AA ?Budget airlines - Everyone can fly but hv to endure lotsa emotional pains
In Full-fledged airlines- Not everyone can fly but better services..well not all the time as i also got bad experiences from MAS b4..not the staff but long flight using 737,,darn..5hrs inside a 737-800 is worst than bigger AAX plane

@Listiani - Stimix pointed it out already. Being rude to customers, that I could not accept and from what I remember on my first trip with AAX and some of my domestic flights, they've got survey forms right? I remember that there are also complaint forms.

Also, I've never really had much problems with AA customer service up till date so I can't really give you anything on that.

No matter what, you are still paying for "peanuts" so you should have at least braced yourself if you are not getting "almonds" in return.

you bought the Airasia insurance I presume. I think those that didn't will not get the offer.

Valid until when btw? Any destination should choose the most expensive one during peak period tongue.gif

Haha. Go back for spring. Try it all over again. Choose to travel south? It'll be autumn in 2012. That suits your requirement of playing with leaves. thumbup.gif

Everland, the rides area are further to one another and its far from Seoul since you need to travel to Yongin.

As for Lotte World, it easily access by the subway since its located in Seoul (south east of han river)

But since you said its to celebrate annivessary, Everland is better since they have this night performance which pretty nice at night. Also they have many more other option compare to Lotte e.g Safari (Ligers = Tiger + Lion). smile.gif
