if u can turn on the phone then advisable u wipe after u backup using desktop manager.

My blackberry always auto-restart itself, especially when the battery nearly drained down it will non-stop restart..planning to send to penang there to ask..btw it will be estimated how long? and if i dun rmb whether my blackberry stil under warranty or not, how can i check?

sent my pb for warranty claim..already 1 month++ n still no news...what should i do? sent email to brightstar n told that they waiting for follow up from RIM...ermmm rclxub.gif

hello guys...
im using a bb torchII...
and my phone got problem (cannot on)
not reach 1 week old yet but already got problem...
haiyoo...
and right now, it's been more than a month since i've sent my phone for repair...
still, no news until now...
i wanna ask u guys who have experience sending ur bb to brightstar for warranty or repair..
is it really take time to repair the phone?
im sick of waiting.. =(

Actually send to digi better or direct brightstar service center? my buyer told me sim card unable to detect and plan to send in for warranty. Which place faster?

if my receipt is lost can still claim warranty? already call the line and check imei for me, expired end of the year.

so still can aa?

confirm can as long your warranty haven die,i just RMA-ed my hp last week,and they replaced the whole set for me today rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif i told them i buy that time no receipt sweat.gif

haha what spoil in ur 9900 until they replace whole unit? for me they only change the spoiled buttons.

mine when i bought the brand new set without receipt already got defect,the keypad light uneven(brigter at the alt,7),then thought i give it a try see can warranty..

but then use one week got blue led problem(won't off as long as got battery in) which i think because i dropped it into seawater la tongue.gif the moment dipped,blue light appear rclxms.gif

take go warranty they check all water damage indicator so clean,then scan the imei..3 working day later,"we don't know what's wrong with your hp(blue light),so replace whole thing la" rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif

ya,if burn i sure cry.. i think the humidity+salt content in the air at sabah killed it.becuase got isolated case,all linked to humidity

i claimed my warranty without receipt,just provide them with the hp imei number
