send in a bold 9900 yesterday to pj, was told msia service centre is available no need to send to sg, but was told wait time 4 weeks low on parts! previously send to sg only 2 weeks

i bought my curve 9360 on 12 / 08 / 2012.
but since 2 weeks ago, d trackpad got prob.
cant scroll n cant push. so now my bb can only making call n taking call since it was so hard to go for any menu.
can it be repair in 1day or i hv to wait for 4 weeks?
let say if i dont wanna use my warranty card since i dont wanna wait for 4 weeks to be fix,can i send it to any phone shop?or will i hv to however wait for it for 4 weeks in other shops too?
argh!!!!!! STRESS sangat2.......! kindda regret coz i force my husband to buy it for me n let go my tab 7.0 to my sister.......

yup. mostly take 1 mth. but u can borrow a temporory bb from them with some charges.

if go to kl branch, find the most senang one to serve u. so they wont ask so manything.
i went there empty handed without receipt n warranty card last time.

got one awek went to the busiers counter, kena ask this n that n she need to come back for 2nd trip.

My blackberry always auto-restart itself, especially when the battery nearly drained down it will non-stop restart..planning to send to penang there to ask..btw it will be estimated how long? and if i dun rmb whether my blackberry stil under warranty or not, how can i check?

warranty at PJ centre is fast,3 working day replace whole set 9900 

mine when i bought the brand new set without receipt already got defect,the keypad light uneven(brigter at the alt,7),then thought i give it a try see can warranty..

but then use one week got blue led problem(won't off as long as got battery in) which i think because i dropped it into seawater la the moment dipped,blue light appear 

take go warranty they check all water damage indicator so clean,then scan the imei..3 working day later,"we don't know what's wrong with your hp(blue light),so replace whole thing la"
