i know we all love to take pictures, so of cos shutter lifespan will shoot up very fast lo ! just curious, anyone here has repaired the shutter before ? how is the performance before and after repair ?
you are right, if got newer model then upgrade !
RM1k to replace shutter, must be quoted from Nikon right ? im sure they will provide 1 year warranty after service ?RM2.8k for D3 is O.O" tongue.gif

QUOTE(celciuz @ Mar 4 2011, 06:33 PM)
Nope, not 1 year warranty. I think is 3 months if not mistaken.
*
6 months warranty. I've seen somewhere, a forumer mentioned before. biggrin.gif

hmm its really hard eh to define... lets skip the stylish term...

I would prefer one which is not that bulky looks better than the ori nikon bag... sling bag...easy access to cam and lens...
*
for me i stick to lowepro bags.
ur best option if u just want to carry d7000 + kit lens is exchange messenger, rm180+ or passport sling, rm230+.
if u want to put ur 70-200, u need something bigger and will already look like it has a camera inside...or wont look stylish.

The bag in question is Pierre and Paul College Junior sling (HK brand) and this is why im in the look out for new messenger bag laugh.gif

^^ The 2 most common lowepro bagpack laugh.gif

I only have a crumpler camera backpack so cant commend on that, also Im trying to avoid lowepro brand although the exchange messenger do look interesting for lugging a minimal camera stuff around hmm.gif

fastpack 350 is bulky... If you plan to put everything including laptop, then get fastpack like me (cannot put tripod). Or else get flipside, can put more gears and tripod. biggrin.gif

flipside 300 isnt exactly small.
imo in the long run u may have anywhere from 2 to 4-5 diff bags for diff occassions.
after awhile u may get irritated at backpacks especially if u have to change lens often...then end up with a sling bag...
after that u realise that sometimes u may want to carry just basic...then have another smaller bag...
and goes on and on tongue.gif

Same here. Just got it earlier today, as showed-off in the Buy Club thread. Still got so many empty spaces coz I only got 1 prime lens ATM blush.gif

Anyway, I'd appreciate if any kind soul can shed some light on my earlier unattended question:
