Those that head to the balloon fiesta at Putrajaya today, how's the crowd and parking condition? I never been there before, looking for some info to do preps

mvec sure sell at retail price or cheaper abit only..
street price are around 4.3k if not mistaken(gonna wait celciuz to clarify)

Yes, the lowest I managed to find was RM4,300 (starting price) for D7000 kit. Put on some effort to google, call them or walk-in to find some good bargain

4.3k include free gift(8gb/bag)?

no la, up to the lens also.
i got someone using canon 7d blah blah.
got one of his photos can see lots of fine lines etc on the face...had to spend 30mins touching up that photo

anyway everytime i see wedding photo it reminds me Final Fantasy 7 Advent Children
seems like all the people skin is bright enough and no need device to light up for them, they can light up the environment themselve.

sorry i m noob...N lenses is nano coat? nano coat is erm... reduce flare? so it also richer the colour photo taken?

Depends lah. Nikon has records of what serial number gets out and which shop sells it. So if a hot lens like the 70-200mm f/2.8 VR II does not get sold after 6 months from the date the shop receives it, then something is wrong. You also need to be practical when you fill in your blank warranty card. So if you're lucky, you can "extend" your warranty for about half a year max. After that, it becomes suspicious.

They will ask if they suspect something is fishy or if you're claiming for something big. They also ask for my D700 receipt which I bought for not more than 2 weeks ago before I got a 1 to 1 swap.

Yeah, but I think it would look stupid if they call the shop to verify. I had to submit my receipt for Nikon to keep a copy and only after a week, I got my claim. I guess they check and verify with the shop I bought during that time.

That's the price you have to pay for being an early adopter. I bought my D700 for close to 8k. D300 for 5k plus.

1 more week to wait...time sure fly slowly when u waiting for something desperately...
