I maybe luckier than you. I found Caltex Delo 400 right on the first Caltex Petrol Station in Sea Park, though I rarely in PJ/KL. Hub do not carry Caltex Delo 400 because Titan HPE Ultra 15W40 meeting the spec of MB 228.3/229.1 .
Not all SC are good and we have received feedback from members that some are even worse. That's why we established panel SC and workshop that we recommend members to go.
There are more complaints on RX290, can't blame it for 1990s technologies. That's why its price drop to RM30k~RM40k for 2002/2003. The engine is from Musso generation that was manufactured since mid 90s.
RX290 is indeed underpowered but if you take similar diesel engine of the same age, they are all at about the same range. If one has a budget, we always recommend them going for RX270XDI. If not, what SUV could you get for RM30k~RM40k. 12 years old Pajero any better? BTW, Vector Tunebox doesn't work with RX290?
Of course, anyone are free to share their viewpoints. One view could be inaccurate but if all the members share the same view, it can't be far from fact.

We would have go for 270XDi if they introduce this model earlier. We bought the 290 at first batch...
