Went to cyber over the weekend and managed to take some photos of SEG.
Overall, Liu Li garden (semi-Ds) has starting the structural frame works.
Club house - ground floor framing ongoing.
SD-001 - SD006 - ongoing with some framing works putting up.
I think by Xmas time should be able to see the frame works completed with M&E installed.







Bro XYYAP - Liu Li garden - piling works still ongoing.
Note - the future road between MCT lakefront and SEG also completed (except the flyover).

PPl may have no confident abt SEG but i am still positive abt it.

The telco receiver is right opp semi-D phase 2 units.
If they dont remove it, you think can SPS sell the semi-D phase 2 at a higher price + somemore a future flyover will be there?

I m interested however havent look into more details of the leftover unit yet. U are interested too bro? Wanna be neighbour together?

Haven't go back to KL for quite some time alr, wonder how's SEG lately?

I think they will postpone the launch to clear up the leftover units 1st.
that may be good also if they selling slow n steady like eco park. Personally I hope the interchange from lingkaran Putrajaya into SEG can start asap.

Ppl might think, 26 x 85 for 2.5 storey LV at Rm 1.4mil+, might as well buy semi D 41x95 at Rm 1.8mil+
It's only 400K different only but land size is diff a lot.
