Noticed that many buyers in cyber are in 30's to 40's.

Good living quality (as you mentioned below) + reasonable price (although many KPKB it's too pricey) for GnG and potential to be the next DPC!

It's from Rm 1.4mil onwards....
buyers will be in dilemma. 26x85 from Rm 1.4mil but semi D 41x95 from Rm 1.7mil. One is islands and another one is mainland. Which one is a better buy for both own stay and investment? It's eastern heritage (baba nyonya) or western heritage.

Previously SPS planned to launch 3 storey but the sales feedback from SH and SR are not convincing thus they changed to 2 storey with afforable pricing.

If SEG islands unit turns up to be see beh nice, I dont mind to sell off 2 semi Ds to buy a massive big mansion with top up. Need a bigger land n build up ler.

It really depends on what you want actually.

Revisit this thread after 1 year - comparing prop price btw cyberjaya HER with respect to DPC - its min 40-50% cheaper which has good potential n more room for capital appreciation once the township is in place.
