Went to cyber for a quick look recently and noticed the following:-
1). Piling works for tamarind square has started.
2). Pangaea is on good construction progress. I think solstice tower is on level 6-7.
3). More F&B in shaft burry square.
4). D'Pulze mall - tunes hotel logo has been put on.
Commercial wise M&E works like ventilation has been installed.
5). SEG - can see the structural frame works for lepironia garden semi - D units from far (they blocked the main road).
6). Sepang city council - they still beautifying the building area. Compare to year ens 2012, the building looked old, paint faded, lousy landscape but now is still improving.
7). Cyberjaya mosque - infra works completed, piling works ongoing. Noticed that more trees and landscape have been planted along the main road.
8). More German cars in cyber nowadays (BMW, Audi and Benz) compare to 2012.
9). Nadayu 99 - site clearing completed.
10). Auto vile - piling started.

In general construction in cyber are still ongoing and on right track. Top priority now should focus on building up population. More population more commercials. More commercials more "ong". More "ong" then prop price will go up.

Cyber to be a city of her own? I guess still another 5 years to go. 2020 - conservatively haha (but it doesn't mean the price won't appreciate especially the landed).

The shopping mall in putrajaya - promenade at 8, any bro got her latest update? Tot should be completed by last year? Out of sudden very quiet....

Really keen to see the landscaping...

If they have the plan to set up sales office at SMD club house that meant they will beautify the road entering SEG plus landscaping the lepironia garden to attract potential buyers. However as per the latest site progress, I doubt the landscaping can be ready by jun / jul 14. Still lots of works to be carried out.

Note - SEG SMD has the smallest BU area compares to SH, GR and SR. The landscaping is critical to determine the success of this development.

40% left = 60% sold i will say it's not bad although not fantastic response.
Any update for the semi-D units?

Mind to share how many units leftover in Liu Li garden, Lepironia garden and islands unit now?
Went to the SEG site last weekend, still no structural frame of houses in Liu li garden and islands unit.
For Lepironia Garden - noticed 2 units are painted white and pretty fast suspect could be the mock up units.
Club house - still long way to go hahaha.

I went in with my X5 and the security guard put me through w/o a single question.
Of course - with the international symbol - "waving hand with a cool face". LOL

No sign of structural frame works for your Liu Li Garden.
22 more months to go before penalty, can SPS make it?

i wish there is a delay on vp so that every day got Rm 1K++ kar-ching into my budget for renovation! LOL

The new show unit for semi d phase 2 is currently built next to club house also.
Looks like the next to launch is mainland semi d phase 2 since not many units leftover for grasilis n ludwigia.

As expected, with so many new launches in Cyberjaya, developers will be more making cyberjaya a super hot location in order to sell their products via more advs. Expect more to come.
