I don't think there is an orchard garden in phase 2 except those units backing future proposed highway to Puchong.

Really curious how much they will be selling the bungalow / mansion on "Isle of Kamares", "Jewels of Grasmere" and "Isle of Botanica" especially those with wider view on water / fountains. This could be the last few phases of the project which the price comes with premium. Maybe Rm 5.0mil-Rm 6.0mil???

As u mentioned. Island unit with wider view will b limited.

If there is bungalow in SH, the unit will b on the highest ground over looking all the semi-D.

I biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif when I read this. Most people say quiet, you're the first to say overcrowded. Lots of properties coming up there. We need more quality people staying there. With the upcoming malls, we hope it will be a crowd puller to liven up the atmosphere, especially at night.

May be people can't afford to buy a villa for 1.3m or some may prefer to have extra land on the side (end lot/corner lot)
