We had several communications with our supplier in the last 24 hours and
just re-scheduled the courier date of the iPad from Penang to be on
Wednesday afternoon next week at 2.00 p.m to your address since we could not
arrange the availability of the stock within this week (as notified to you
earlier) because we require a few more days for the merchandise to reach
to our side. The parcels are currently on hold for custom clearance
procedure by the international sorting centre and we need a few more days
for the shipment to arrive Malaysia once released from the custom.
If you may need it urgently, please notify us anytime if you would prefer
to claim for a refund instead. We understand and may feel uncomfortable by
this delay since we are also waiting for our stocks to be recovered.
Kindly advise us if you are unable to allow a few more days to settle or
require a refund as we respect your decision before making any further

We had contacted our supplier several times yesterday to confirm the final
arrangement date since we had not received the stock yesterday morning as
informed earlier. This issue is troublesome and might be unacceptable for
you to wait for another days. If you may advise us, we will claim a refund
from our supplier in case you are unable to allow a re-schedule date on
Wednesday (04/05/2011) next week until the first batch arrives due to
insufficient stock earlier. This is really disappointing from our side
since we repeatedly had to re-schedule to another suitable date. We'll do
our best to resolve this matter but if you request for cancellation, we
respect your decision and will refund your payment with additional of
RM150 for the delay in delivery. Kindly advise before we proceed with this

such hassle since you might need the iPad 2 quite urgently. We would
inform you that the iPad 2 has already been officially launched in
Malaysia but we are buying the stocks from Vancouver, Canada. For now
we're still waiting for the stock arrival and if you might need it
urgently, we could not guarantee on the actual arrival date but will
expedite the stock shipment to your address once we have the
merchandise in stock.

Tuesday (today) about the delay in receiving the cargo of our pre-ordered
iPad 2 and thank you for allowing us time to resolve this issue. We
apologize for the late delivery and inconvenience caused to you by delayed

We would also like to bring to your attention due to uncertain political
situations in the coastal countries, all ship and cargos en route have
been held up, till the situation in the border states are calmed down.
Please understand that the delay in shipping and delivery was committed
unintentionally but occurred due to unrest. Still, we understand about the
precarious situation, you have been put into and we take full
responsibility for your inconvenience.
Meanwhile, we had contacted our liaison agent in Madras, India to reroute
our cargo and deliver it to our warehousing agent before Monday
(30/05/2011) for the courier to your side by 3.30 p.m on the same day. We
apologize for the last minute notifications as we feel dissapointed with
the delay in receiving our stocks on time. We appreciate that you can bear
with us for the unavoidable situation created by the political turmoil in

I would like to clarify about the last refund transaction that was done to
your bank account that I had to cancel the transaction to avoid exceeding
credit limit in my bank account.
To be straightforward on the current situation, my company had encountered
losses from this failure for dealing with the third party and I made the
transfer using my own money to help reduce the burden of the company. The
company had made a bank loan to refund all pre-orders cancellation for all
clients. While it would be easy to place the blame or accuse on our
company right now, I would take a responsibility to be fair with everyone
for not disappointing all customers who claimed for their order
cancellations too. We're still waiting for a settlement from third party
through the letter of credit to cancel all orders and return our money.
For now our company had applied for a bank loan to recover from these
losses and I need time until Saturday next week to cash-in the refund over
the counter. Please expect the full amount of refund with compensation to
be banked in to your AMBANK account (RMxxxx) xxxxxxxxxx by 25/06/2011
on Saturday evening before 4.00 p.m. Otherwise, both party may proceed for
legal dispute.
Kindly ignore the last transaction screenshot sent earlier and I apologize
for the last minute reminder. I hope you don't take it as a delay because
we do not want any losing circumstance to affect both parties (as well as
other clients) in the future. I am very sorry for the disappointment this
has caused you and will make sure this issue solved within 5 working days.

We had to issue the cheque today to cope with multiple refund transactions
and MEPS limit. The RMxxxx refund was done to your bank account
(xxxxxxxxxxx/Ambank)by our officer via cheque today afternoon
(29/06/2011). I will provide the slip copy for your reference after
retaining the slip lists from the officer within 48 hours once the
financial audit report is finalized. Approximately take 3-5 working days
to clear in your bank and the amount will confirmed appear on your bank
statement after 6.45 p.m on Tuesday for you to be able to make initial
withdrawal. I will contact you on Tuesday evening to keep in track and

In the last 24 hours all cheque transactions had to be cancelled because I
had proposed the refund to be done from Ambank but the officer had
remitted the check from the international bank which our loan was approved
through Standard Chartered in Singapore. It takes minimum 2 weeks (up to
one month) to clear if we proceed but instead it is quicker when we can
bank in the refund to all clients over the counter.
We decided to transfer the funds to the Malaysian bank (Ambank) yesterday
and I need 7 days to get the funds prepared for withdrawal. A few staff
will be doing the refund over the counter and please expect the money in
your bank account on Thursday (07/07/2011) by 5.00 p.m. Whether you might
think this is a fraud case or anything related to that, I’m aware of the
current situation we’re facing now, for being uncertainty, I’m exhausted
for any further explanation and if you no longer tolerate in this matter
or wish to make a police report, I shall request from you a report case
number for the legal dispute in the future. iCity would not intentionally
do anything to cause inconvenience to you especially for this matter when
we dealt with unreliable third party exporter. We believe it can be solved
in the right way with all pre-order cancellations and compensation
proposed for the failure to honor the delivery.
Please don't hesitate to call me if you need further assistance. I will
notify you via SMS you once the refund is done. There will be no more
delay above the mentioned deadline.

We had been in a thorough meeting discussion today and came upon an
agreement to settle all customers pre-order cancellations on Friday 15th
July 2011 by 5.00 p.m due to a preparation of final audit report to our
venture capitalists. Your refund will be banked in by ATM / counter by
several staff in charge of remitting the funds by cash deposit on Friday
15th July 2011 by 5.00 p.m when all the funds are ready for withdrawal. I
apologize this matter had really taken above your patience and shall
assume that you’ll no longer co-operate in our company inner problem
solving matter. If you prefer not to trust us for the last time and would
go for involvement of legal representative, I will be expecting you to
forward me a case filing reference for further legal dispute and wish it
will bring a fair circumstance for both parties. I’d honour in respect of
your patience and in presence of our dignity to handle the financial
losses of dealing with the third party without causing a financial losses
on all of our pre-order customers. This is a final decision by our team
and there will be no further delay above this mentioned date.
RM xxxx will be banked in on Friday (before 5.00 p.m) on 15th July 2011 to

This is to inform you that the refund for all pre-orders will be held on
Thursday evening on 21st July by 5.00 p.m. as our audit team need more
time to prepare the compensated amount proposed in the refund lists for
our financial report to the capitalists for the loan. My colleague and I
will be in Petaling Jaya if you wish to meet up for a paperwork agreement
on Saturday and Sunday (Tropicana City Mall, Petaling Jaya) as I do not
wish there to be any further delay from next Thursday (after several
postponements by our team’s for retaining financial backup from the bank).
I’m aware of any speculations to be held over this matter and we will
focus on our repairing our business reputation as soon as this problem has
been fixed. Your perseverance is much appreciated and I’m apologizing on
the behalf of our team for all the troubles that had caused you. Should
there be no more tolerance, I will be expecting a filing reference from
your side if you decided to take legal action on this matter for our legal

We need an extension of deadline until the first week of August to settle
the pre-order refunds for transaction on Monday 08/08/2011. I apologize
but your patience has a limit and I believe you already lost your trust
for the slow progress. But if you prefer to report this matter to KPDN,
please refer me as the person held responsible for this matter and forward
me the filing reference for legal dispute after the report is done. It has
been over 13th times of postponements. I apologize for the company's
mismanagement and you had been disappointed since the first day.
Our team is currently working on the acquiring our venture capitalists to
allow us withdraw the substantial amount of proposed refunds from the
loans. Please expect the full amount in your bank account as late as
before 9.00 p.m on Monday (08/08/2011). I will make sure this is the last
