wow i just manage to saw this regarding about them..
hmmm..previous im one of the the buyer who fall n the super low price...
i did bank in to them and waited for 2 month for my apple to arrive which will never arrive as they will always email u saying there is some issue with custom clearance and so on...
1)The package were originally scheduled to be couriered to your address on 11th March 2011. Yesterday we
had just contacted our supplier again to confirm and understood the custom
clearance process will require additional 3 days before the parcels
can be released from the custom hold.
2.supplier is unable to arrange the shipment on time to Malaysia due
to heavy order volumes and tax settlements. We were told that they
will need 2 more weeks to recover the stocks

As mentioned earlier, we are also could not predict the actual arrival date since it was the second reshipment attempt made. Right now we
consider the stock must arrive within this period and we don't want to trouble our customers by this delay. We hope it will be solved in a
fairly manner.
coz of its no way too long to wait any futher more,i choose to ask for refund from them which they compensate me an extra of rm150 with my payment..
im such a luckly to get my $$$ back with the extra rm150 for my time waiting for too long...
from tht onward,i would never take risk on all those such promotion even they are a very big company ..its better to be cod or walk in to switch/apple to buy the stuff then taking the risk.....

Actuallly this was my 1st time ordering form your company but im sure it will be the last time A well .
as very dissapointment with the shipment.being month n month but still cant get our stock
please see how long this transaction took already
luckly my frin didnt became the victim to here as well...

and after waited for few more day of chasing,i manage to get refund..thank god for that!!@@
and i did even post our my comment at their website which they eventually deleted all of my comments and instead email stated im spamming them..(im just would like to alert buyers.if they didnt deleted all my comments im sure there would be not much victim over here after me...

u were saying 2nd attempt reshipment its indeed non our business as the date line for the stock to arrive was on mid on march righ.that was your company arrangement was bad!!as since your company cant provided the customer the order from the agree date,then dont do a blank promise over here with blank business tht wasting customer time and energy and your time as well.we might as well 2month ago get frm merchant instead of wasting and hoping from your company time over here.....
tht the end of my sucks experience..and im counted lucky to get back my $$ as well.
