QUOTE(climacool @ Mar 31 2011, 10:03 AM) Quick question: Just wondering The GOLF TSI 1.4, the service reminder "15,000 km" keep appear on the dashboard's screen...is that normal ? and this car do not have digital metre like Golf GTI ? You can set your service reminder in the MFD.

QUOTE(Kyoshiro @ Mar 31 2011, 03:47 AM) For that price range, Audi A4 1.8T is an option too. In fact, it's slightly cheaper. Although spec wise the Passat CC is better, remapping the A4 could make it better than Passat CC Plus, A4 makes you look younger too Actually no comparison, if can afford an Audi go for it. No one in the right mind will get a VW over Audi/Merc/BMW. This post has been edited by tiganasfx: Mar 31 2011, 11:09 AM

Steps to reset the interval counter.
With MFD 1. Key out of ignition 2. Press and hold the reset button for trip odometer, located on the right side of the instrument cluster 3. Turn ignition key to "on", wait for "Service now" message to appear on the multi-function screen. Then release the "reset" button for the trip OD, and press MIN button on the opposite side of the instrument cluster. 4. Verify reset: briefly hold the reset button for the OD, display should indicate the future "service by xxxx miles/xxx days" depending on settings in the service interval adaptation (top of this post).

1. Car washing 2. Interior detailing - something for the leather and also something to protect the plastics
Thanks all.

QUOTE(tiganasfx @ Mar 31 2011, 11:08 AM) Actually no comparison, if can afford an Audi go for it. No one in the right mind will get a VW over Audi/Merc/BMW. Actually, thats not a fair statement as it depends on what the buyer wants. If brand and status is what you want, then those 3 brands are the way to go. If you want performance and power, VWs are good value for money. Audi A4 does only 8.6sec and have less features than the passat. BMW 320 is worse. The car does only 9.8 sec with basic features. You are just buying the car for the logo. A peugeot 308 turbo can smoke the 320 on straight line. In this aspect, the Passat CC not only outperforms the 320, A4 and C200, it has more features and is cheaper (though A4 is slightly cheaper). Not forgetting that 320 and C200 is locally assembled. Passat is CBU

Struggle between polo gti & golf tsi. Since i will keep my city so i guess would be best i take polo gti over golf tsi. since space is not a main issues and gti power then golf tsi. But i do heard handling wise golf tsi better then polo gti. Not sure how truth is this. Any one ??

QUOTE(D3vilsim @ Mar 31 2011, 02:41 PM) Ish .. hahaha. guess ur city about the same age like mine. also about 2 years left. I guess so hahaha , mine 1 is NHC. I was once test drive the Polo 1.2 Tsi at the Veemer motor OKR , the smoothness of the DSG was awesome, I'm a guy who seeking for the smooth gear change during driving , that why I'm so impress by it. Btw the car is quite cramped , for a 6 feet height man like me I have to adjust the seat backwards quite a lot, and my gf complain bout the size . Hopefully my gf will said ok with the Polo Gti abo
