how do i accept/send items via bluetooth using tis lappy?
& oso how to open webcam?

2 weeks...but few weeks before that i've been on lurk mode only XD

bro, the time we all bought 5755 is not out yet...

fn+F3 to switch on/off bluetooth, then at ur taskbar there should be a bluetooth icon...if dunhave, try typing bluetooth using the "search programs and files" after clicking the windows icon

open webcam, use the same search function, search "webcam", then should come out "Acer Crystal Eye Webcam". thats the one.

Actually there's not much different in terms of specs between 5750G and 5755G.

5750G = Core i7-2630QM, GT 540M, 4GB Ram, DVD, 640GB HDD

5755G = Core i7-2630QM, GT 540M, 8GB Ram, BluRay, 750GB HDD

Due to the shortage of 5750G, i have ordered my 5755G, hopefully will arrived on next week. Yes, the different is only in RAM, Bluray drive and harddisk capacity.

I have a feeling Acer 5750G is discontinued. I went to several IT computer shops, can't find 5750g anymore. And 5755G is black in colour, another difference.

thus making 5750g where it no more produce then it'll be a legend lolx

Anybody have experience to play GTA4 with 5750G? My 5750G's performance on GTA is really bad. Only can run the game with low setting

I just tried it just now evening. First, I tried to max the settings, I got terrible lag at 7 - 12 FPS.

Then, I set everything to low, 1366x768. around 40FPS. Still, the graphics suck so bad at low settings. I uninstalled it.

Ya,exactly the same feeling. But I bought the complete edition while steam summer sales. I feel like i spent $9.99 for nothing

@tonyvyp hey i sent to acer high point, charged me 400, but student rebate to 200 dollar.. but now probs is that they claimed that they changed the motherboad, in cpu'z say b2 revision..
question is tat did u change urs, and how else could i check if they switch the faulty ports route or motherboard, cuz compare to my sn, oni diff is the revision type

guys can the rm10 usb fan on market can reduce the heat air coming out from left side of the laptop??

sometime feel afraid lolz when the air is too hot

mod it.. take out the fan then wire bend it to ur fan exhaust blowing out..

Its normal. Mine also like that when playing high end games. And take note that I'm using a RM130 cooler master.

Its a good thing actually, helps to remove hot air...just ignore it and dont put anything near the vent...

sometime the hot air released is still frightening me lolx.. while my cooler pad is only rm20 and the brand is ''Cooler Pad'' instead of ''Cooler Master''

still lookin for bargain u3 on garage but no luck atm

got my 5750g 1 week ago. sandy bridge issue had already been fixed. ive played for hours to OF dragon rising and Starcraft 2 with max detail with no problems at all.
only inconvenience is the annoyance of deleting all the bloatware. for the rest, awesome laptop for the value (500euros)
