I use this site to survey general prices. Quite a nice, regularly updated list biggrin.gif

http://forum.autoworld.com.my/index.php?sh...c=86484&st=1180

If just based on this list, comparing 16" (205/55) and 17" (215/45), the prices are almost identical. Drop to 15" and they really become very cheap....

But if you've driven the 17" you'll really miss the nice handling it gives. I changed to 16" and felt that the handling wasn't as good (PS3)...although the comfort level was higher. So I think handling will suffer even more with the 15" since you may need to go somewhere around 65 or 70 profile...

This link can really give a good reference.... But then, the price are increasing slowly each month.... As per what a tyre shop man said when I want to check my alignment....
Engine oil also increasing every 3 month.... Everything increasing but our salary only increase by a bit every year(if lucky)...

according to thestar. sales for japs make (ie honda) is not affected in 1st quarter..
expect the figure going down in 2nd quarter. at the same time, its for korean car to gain market share

Local assemblers of Japanese cars admit they are starting to feel the pinch from the March 11 tragedies and are waiting with bated breath for leads from their principals in Japan on the next course of action.

Naza Kia Sdn Bhd sales consultant Fiona Kaanmalar said sales of their cars in April increased by 40% compared to the same period last year.

“April is usually a slow month for us but last month was pretty good.

whenever I hit some small hole... even if it is not very deep... there will always be a loud BANG at the wheels...

is it common? this is my first time using such thin tyres... sigh

If it still under warranty. Ask them to fix it and replace it. Otherwise , what for have 5 years warranty??
If they don't, write to Star and Malay mail...sure they'll fix for you ASAP.
