i rarely clean my cam.. and i use the cam often.. No, body? clean body use your saliva your sweat and your shirt la. for lens is better use the lenspen right?  For the filter and lens! Wet one for using the alcohol, and dry one to wipe it dry.  |

I use a Zeiss lens cleaner solution when I need to clean my front element, but most of the times its just lenspen on the filter.

Actually can see sweat stains on the rubber grips la.. so sometimes really need to clean them up.

I have a pair of very sweaty hands, have to wear glove when taking photos for a long period, otherwise I will "bath" my camera and lenses.
